Your Belize travel is important to us



  • 50% deposit required at the time of booking and balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
  • Deposits are best made using a credit card.
  • We accept VISA and Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards.
  • We will send you a credit card form along with your final itinerary when you are ready to confirm.
  • If you prefer to make your deposit by bank wire transfer, we can send you the needed information for this.
  • Since we are holding rooms, flights and other services for you, we need to have all deposits or payments in full, in our office within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary.
  • $10 fee is charge for any change of Dates and Time for Flights.
  • Prices are quote in USD $
  • Credit Card Charges are at the rate of $2BZD to $1USD

For a very few packages, some resorts and tour operators we use may require a slightly higher deposit or the balance a little earlier. We will advise you on booking if this applies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservations in part or whole must be received in writing.

  • 91 days prior to arrival date = FULL refund, less a $50USD processing.
  • 90 – 46 days will result in a 50% refund, less a $50USD processing fee.
  • 45 days or less prior to arrival date will result in no refund.
  • No Shows will be subject to 100% of cancelation fee based on the full cost of service.
  • Once travel have commenced, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of packages, flights or tours.


All In One Travel Service cannot be responsible for any loss, costs or damages as a result of these changes.
